RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Should you need to return any regularly priced item(s), we will gladly accept the return within 7 days of purchase when returned in it's original packaging and unworn condition. Please follow the instructions below to complete your return.
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our toll free number at 844.254.6477 for a return authorization number and packing instructions. The return authorization number must be stated on the outside of the box in order for us to receive your return. Shipments received without a return authorization number will be refused.
2) Pack your return item(s) as detailed in our packaging instructions. We will provide a shipping label for you to print out so that the item is fully insured. The cost of shipping back the piece will be deducted from the amount that you will receive as a refund. To understand shipping rates, please see the section titled "Shipping Information" under Customer Care.
Once we receive your return, we will review it to ensure it is in the same condition as it was sent. We will refund you the purchase price less the shipping cost and credit card fees of 4% (if applicable). Refunds will be processed within 10 days of having received the return.
Credit card purchases are subject to a 4% restocking fee. If you pay by check or bank wire, there is no restocking fee.
In the event you decide to exchange the item for another piece, there will be no restocking fee.
Sale, Special Orders, Modified Pieces and Trunk Show Purchases are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
